Continental Ballet
Continental Ballet Company has both a performing division and an educational division. In our performing division, the Company contracts with adult, professional dancers to present a season of classical ballet. In our educational section, we offer daily ballet lessons at the Bloomington Center for the Arts and also visit local schools with educational programs. Under the direction of Founder Riet Velthuisen, the Continental Ballet Company has earned a reputation for preserving and sharing the art of classical ballet.
